If you are booking an eligibility assessment, please ensure that you complete the assessment form prior to your appointment.

This allows us to review your situation in advance and provide accurate, case-specific advice during your consultation.

Important Information About Appointments

• Most consultations are conducted virtually via secure Zoom video meeting.
• In-person consultations must be booked at least five (5) days in advance.
• In-person locations: London, Ontario and Oakville, Ontario
• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Walk-ins are not accepted.

How to Book an Appointment

To schedule an appointment with our team, please follow these steps:

1. Click the Book Appointment button and select your preferred date and time.

2. Ensure that the payment for your appointment is completed during the booking process.

3. Complete the Initial Assessment Form: Submit the Form to provide us with important information about your case. 

4.In accordance with CICC recommendations, an initial consultation agreement will be provided upon booking.

This ensures transparency, service quality, and client protection.

Confirmation

Once your booking, payment, and assessment form are received, our team will review your information and confirm your appointment details.
