Welcome to our appointment scheduling page! If you are booking an appointment for an eligibility review, please ensure you fill out the assessment form prior to your appointment. This will help us better understand your situation and provide you with the most accurate advice. We look forward to assisting you on your immigration journey.

Please Note: 

Most of our appointments are conducted virtually or over the phone to provide convenience and flexibility.

• In-Person Appointments: In-person appointments must be booked at least 5 days in advance.

• Locations: We offer in-person appointments at our offices in London, Ontario, and Oakville, Ontario.

• Advance Booking Required: All appointments must be booked in advance using our appointment page.

How to Book an Appointment

To schedule an appointment with our team, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the Book Button: Go to our Appointment Page to book your appointment.

2. Submit Payment: Ensure that the payment for your appointment is completed during the booking process.

Our dedicated team will review your assessment form and confirm your appointment details

3. Complete the Initial Assessment Form: Submit the Initial Assessment Form to provide us with important information about your case. If you are requesting PR assessment, we will email you a detailed assessment form upon receiving your booking. 

4. Consultation Agreement: As recommended by the CICC, we will provide our clients with an initial consultation agreement upon booking to deliver a high quality service and enhance customer satisfaction.
